Refund policy

Made-to-order items

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or changing your mind.

We do take care of you if something arrives wrong or damaged.

Eligible issues (we will fix these)

We accept refunds or free replacements if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective (printing flaws, holes, stains, etc.)

  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size sent)

Time window to report a problem

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What to send us

Email contact@true-myth.com with:

  • Order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing:

    • The full item

    • The problem area close-up

    • The shipping label on the package

What we’ll do

After we review your request, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement (most common)

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit (if you prefer)

Refund timing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Your bank may take additional time to post it

Shipping costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the replacement cost.

  • If a return is approved for any other reason (rare), shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges (size)

Because items are made to order, we do not offer standard size exchanges.
If you are unsure about sizing, please use our size chart before ordering or message us and we will help.

Lost packages

  • If tracking shows delivered, but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier first.

  • If tracking shows lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim and work out a solution.
