This website is operated by Dondo Designs LLC, doing business as True Myth (“True Myth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to True Myth.

By visiting true-myth.com, purchasing from us, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally permitted to make purchases in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, designs, images, or other content for unlawful purposes.

2. Products

True Myth sells apparel, accessories, artwork, and other merchandise.

Many of our products are made to order. Because products are produced individually, slight variations in garment color, wash, placement, distressing, printing, embroidery, or measurements may occur.

Product photos are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before placing an order.

Sizing may vary between garment styles. Measurements provided on our website are approximate, and reasonable manufacturing variations may occur.

Choosing an incorrect size does not constitute a defective product.

Please review our Refund Policy for information regarding returns and exchanges.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

suspected fraud
payment problems
pricing or listing errors
inventory or fulfillment problems
suspected unauthorized resale
misuse of promotional codes
technical errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many True Myth products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, discount, or promotional errors.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be subject to additional restrictions, including expiration dates, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, or limits on the number of uses.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict a promotion if it is used fraudulently or contrary to its intended purpose.

8. Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some True Myth products may be fulfilled from different facilities, including facilities outside the United States. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products

Because many True Myth products are made specifically for each customer, our ability to accept returns or exchanges is limited.

We will address legitimate fulfillment problems, including products that arrive materially defective, damaged, misprinted, or different from what was ordered.

Sizing mistakes, preference changes, or buyer's remorse are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, product designs, product names, written content, branding, and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Dondo Designs LLC.

Purchasing a True Myth product gives you ownership of the physical product. It does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, manufacture, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit True Myth artwork or designs without our written permission.

11. User Content

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content to True Myth, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

We may display customer reviews or content submitted specifically for promotional or public use, subject to applicable law and any permissions provided by you.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and fulfillment providers.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or independent actions of third-party websites or services.
